I was about to take it down as
the building was built in a very special way, using
brass vertical ties, holding plank wood that was cut on
the property, that has a good value as decoration wood
used in some new homes decor. |

I got wind that the neighbors wanted it left as a
local landmark, so I sealed the roof and had it painted
2 yrs ago, and now we use it for storage. Plus most
visitors to our home come in from the North and we tell
them, "look for a Red Shed on the right that sets near
the top of the big hill, it sets back 20 feet from the
road, turn in just after the shed that's or drive way". |
