  Horse Barn

The barn measures 40 ft by 33 ft and is built into the side of the hill for easy access to the hayloft, the barn is used for storage these days.

The roof has been recently replaced. It would be a simple undertaking to set up the 5 box stalls and tack room that were originally in the lower floor.

There is electricity in both levels and running water in the lower level. At this time the lower level is being used as indoor parking and storage.

There are currently 2 separate rooms in the hayloft, one is a ping pong room that is finished offering full insulation, strong lighting, heat and a 6ft sliding glass door that looks out onto the property.

The other two thirds holds the Sea Ray boat on reinforced floor planks, If you would like to convert it back to full time horses, remove the ping pong table, boat and take out six screws that hold down the cover I installed over the hay chute to the lower level and you are back in the horse business.

This was the 3rd barn that I helped my dad build in the two family moves that we made as I was growing up, and it is a very user friendly design.
